What Can This Possibly Be?
PLASTICS!
As I was discussing the hormonal imbalance a couple of weeks ago, industrial chemicals were listed as one of the causes. In my humble opinion, this is a much bigger issue than we usually think this is. We don’t think often enough or seriously enough about this, I realized again…
I think this issue is beyond just our health issues as it may affect all of us now and worse in the future, possibly through the next generations.
As this is just too big of an issue for me to fill this blog page with, I’d like to share a video that discusses this in-depth.
As you have seen in the video above, the full-scale health impact of plastics is yet to be revealed. However, the signs are all over the ocean and elsewhere as the dead animals turned up with stomachs full of plastics, exhibiting slow and painful death.
By the process of “Biomagnification” through the food chains, these microplastics and chemicals in them most definitely accumulate in our bodies. While doing the best we can to help this issue globally, we also need to take a closer look into our health and see if we are affected by it.
One doesn’t need to be a scientist to figure that the chemicals that are contained in plastics most definitely cause many health issues as those will be revealed more in the future.
The following is the list of chemicals I test, most of which are part of plastics manufactured for daily use.
- 1,2 Dichlorobenzene

I believe the existence of some of these chemicals in our body can potentially cause devastating health impacts including but not limited to hormonal imbalance, metabolic disruption, autoimmune disorders, cancers, and other issues. And despite daily trials and errors to stay healthy, it will be challenging to maintain physiological balance. As long as these compounds are in the system, they will continue to wreak havoc on our health. The good news is that there are tests available to find out about the exposure and sensitivities to these chemicals. Once, the degrees of exposure are revealed, one can follow through to neutralize or remove the toxins by introducing antioxidants and/or go through processes to remove and expel the chemicals from the system safely via certain protocols. See the link below to learn more about the test and sample report of ELISA/ACT.

This one is a hard one to come up with the right conclusion. So, I’d rather say, 3 words, “Paper, Pee, and Poo”, only 3 things you can flush down the toilet!!
Hope you enjoyed this one and found it informative!
