Great Animation to be Shared!
It is a very well-made animation that shows where the muscles in the neck are located and how they function!
I often perform dry needling and stretch all these muscles during the treatment sessions with patients.
All of these muscles are connected to the bones via tendons. And all the bones are connected to one another via ligaments.
The list of the muscles in the video includes;
- Sternocleidomastoid (SCM)
- Trapezius
- Levator Scapulae
- Scalenes
- Deep Cervical Flexors
- Erector Spinae
- Suboccipitals
